I went here with my mom and my sister for breakfast. We sat in the patio courtyard garden area and enjoyed our smoothie bowls, quiche, and coffee. Everything was so yummy and we felt so taken care of by the owners here almost like we were at a bed-and-breakfast. They even brought out pao de queso for us to try. We really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and felt so at home and would recommend to anyone.

My food and drinks were not only delicious but made with so much love & care. Quaint and cozy little place that gives old family vibes. Loved how attentive and caring the ladies who worked there were. Will be back!

What an incredible first experience! After spending the morning at the hospital with my mom following her surgery, I stopped by Equilibre Healthy Food for a late lunch, and it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. I was so happy to see several vegan options on the menu, and the Vegan Triple Decker Sandwich was absolutely beautiful, fresh, and delicious. Marta made the experience even more special. She was incredibly warm, kind, and hospitable. She noticed I had just sat down and thoughtfully offered me a cup of water. When I mentioned I was curious about the soups, she brought me a sample of the lentil soup—and it was so good that I ended up ordering a cup to take home! It’s rare to find a place that serves not only great food but also makes you feel cared for. The welcoming atmosphere, delicious healthy food, and exceptional customer service truly stood out. This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. I highly recommend Equilibre Healthy Food to anyone looking for fresh, healthy, and flavorful food served with genuine kindness.

Incredibly fresh! The staff was so accommodating and made a chicken salad on top of salad for me. They have lots of gluten free options. I love this place. This was the best food I had in all of Orlando. And an amazing fruit salad also, I didn’t take a picture was it was soooo good. I loved it!!

BOMB ASL. Warm, and full of soul. I walked past this spot twice, and sheshhhh… I’m so glad I finally stepped inside. I was pleasantly surprised to learn it’s Brazilian-owned, which made the entire experience even more special. The two women working there treated me with so much love and genuine kindness. I believe one of their names was Marta, and the other was a tall, elegant melanin queen whose name I sadly can’t remember yet (forgive me — I’ll update this once I confirm it). She made my chlorophyll juice with so much care and intention, it honestly felt healing!!! I had the beet hummus toast (never attempted in my life) as someone who absolutely loves beets, this was next level! It was immensely deluctant; balancing the natural sweetness of roasted beets with a rich, tangy base. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, from the textures and colors to the freshness of the ingredients. No shortcuts, no frills, just pure, quality food made with heart. The atmosphere was everything!!! Cozy, quaint, flourishing with garden energy, and touched by that soft sunrise glow that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile. They welcomed me like family and even took time to walk me through
